Would highly recommend The Rested Pillow for anyone looking for a mattress. I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress again! The handmade quality is beyond impressive and surprisingly, the price was about the same as buying a corporate, machine made mattress. I had been talking with the owner Nick, on and off for months, about purchasing a new mattress and when I finally decided to go for it, Nick called me personally from his cell phone while picking his son up from school, to make sure that I was choosing the correct mattress for my needs. They are all just a pure pleasure to work with.
The owners and staff are so knowledgeable and passionate about pleasing customers and making sure that you pick the right mattress. I cannot recommend highly enough that people shop at Rested Pillow Mattress! Anywhere in the country, since the mattresses can be delivered anywhere. I can't recommend the Rested Pillow Mattress Company enough. My wife and I just had our first night on our new Cancel Monday Medium mattress, and we can't stop talking about what an improvement it has been. They also had a small area at the back with some toys and coloring sheets that made shopping with kids much easier (when we could get them off the incredibly comfortable beds). The store itself was clean and very well designed, with clear signage and organization that made it easy to understand the differences in their mattresses. Both Jennifer and Hannah who assisted us were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about the customer experience. I made roughly 3 trips to their store while shopping (due to my wife and my inability to decide which model we wanted, they're all so comfortable) and each time was a great experience. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a mattress stop by Rested Pillow and check out their mattresses. I bought the Sleeping Bear mattress.Īmazing company! Great owners and staff! Robert delivered it - he was great too! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rested Pillow. The communication from Nick and Jennifer about delivery was awesome. (Lol) Needless to say, we found the mattress we were looking for - because these mattresses are handmade - you can customize to your needs which is exactly what we did. We had our boys with us (13 and 9) and she was awesome with them too.our youngest was intent on trying out all the beds. Jennifer was top notch! No pressure, just tried to help us find the best fit. We stopped into Rested Pillow on our way to Chicago and had the BEST experience.
We just weren't sold on any of the mattresses that we had seen. My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress for months without success. I have had trouble sleeping for many years.when I purchased the model "Odyssey"I fall asleep w/i minutes.Best purchase I have made in years!! I quickly fall asleep every night and sleep well on my Rested Pillow mattress. I highly recommend visiting their show room and let the experts fit you to one of their extremely comfortable beds I have to say I just love my bed and my new pillow. All 3 visits we met with Jennifer she was such a delight and a joy to work with, she had a lot of patients with us. After visiting the store 3 time we made our purchase. I purchased the Cancel Monday mattress about 3 weeks ago.
